ASSESMENTS

All applicants take behavioral and cognitive assessments. To qualify, applicants are expected to score an 80% or higher. We also measure the general aptitude 
and the 'job fit' match of each applicant. The job fit analyzes a candidate's personality and how well it aligns to the position in which they are applying

VIDEO INTERVIEWS

Before a candidate is considered for a face-to-face interview, candidates are prompted to go through a customized video interview process. This eliminates the initial 30-minute screening process and provides a more in-depth view of the candidate.
